The Haviland Company was organized in 1853 in Limoges, France, by David Haviland, a New York china importer. After the civil war, his son, Charles, took over management of the firm. The "Silver Anniversary" pattern was produced from 1903 - 1931. A simple, yet elegant pattern of white with gold trim it was one of the most popular and collected patterns in the history of Haviland china.

Known as Schleiger #19, it is sometimes referred to as Silver. It remains a very desirable and highly collected Haviland pattern. 9- 9.75 dinner plates. 4- 7.5 salad plates.
