The item must arrive in the condition received. We will assist you in filing a claim. Pictures of the damaged item. Once a claim is filed on your behalf, you will receive a claim number from the carrier via Bellasattic. Take all wrapping paper, extra boxing, etc. The courier will give you a receipt, photograph the receipt, and forward a copy to Bellasattic. No resolution will be made until Bellasattic receive confirmation the item has been dropped off with the carrier. We will review your situation, reach out to you as soon as possible, and work with you to resolve any issues you may have. Generally, our response is one to two hours.
