12 Limoges Porcelain Plates/Bowls. French Country Style. Mismatched Dinnerware

A mix and match set of twelve white, Limoges plates and dishes. Classic French country style crockery for a simple, elegant look. They are mis-matched and vary slightly from each other. Some have a fluted edge, whilst others have a smooth edge. The borders also vary slightly, some have "grape vine and pears", some "strawberries and leaves", there are also "cherries and lemons" borders, some have more defined leaves, all the patterns are in relief and very tactile.

These plates look great with any table setting as their clean, fresh look gives them a timeless sophistication. They also look fabulous simply stacked on shelves. They are all in amazing condition, with no chips or cracks. They are all marked "Limoges Porcelaine", "Philippe Deshoulieres, Porcelaine de Limoges, France" or Royal Limoges, Riviera. The set consists of three large dinner plates, measuring 26cms/ 10¼ diameter.

Two large dinner plates, measuring 25cms/ 9¾ diameter. Four bowls, measuring 19cms/ 7½" diameter x 3.5cms/ 1½" deep. Three tea/side plates measuring 18.5cms/ 7¼ diameter. Wonderfully tactile and subtly elegant, they are stylishly understated.

Altogether they weigh 4.5kgs/ 9.9 lbs. It will be fully tracked.
